And no, I did not know that this allegedly life-long feminist supported "conscience clauses" that allow pharmacists to deny emergency contraception and birth control pills to their customers. It makes me question what sort of justice she'd nominate to the Supreme Court....

I'd read Sharlet's earlier article in either The Nation or The Atlantic about The Family. It was horrifying. These people really, genuinely want a theocracy, only they're being so *gentle* about it....
