Went to the gym and very cautiously started lifting weights again. I'm going for very light resistance (no more than 30 pounds) and to my delight, not only didn't it hurt, it felt good. I'm taking it very easy, but so far...:)
Do they have one of those things where you can do pullups and bar dips with some support? Like it's a platform you kneel on and you set how much of your weight it supports? I like that thing. I can't do pullups but I can if I use that.
